Kenneth Wilton is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He teaches Internet Law at USC Gould School of Law.
Mr. Wilton's practice focuses primarily on trademark, copyright and patent litigation in the United States federal courts, and counseling in the areas of trademark and copyright law. Mr. Wilton regularly counsels clients regarding Internet-related trademark and copyright issues and has successfully prosecuted and defended over two dozen proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP").
Mr. Wilton lectures frequently in the areas of copyright and trademark law, including the protection of intellectual property on the Internet. He has spoken to the Intellectual Property section of the California Bar, lectured on intellectual property law at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business, and guest lectured several times over the past five years during the Internet Law class at USC Law. Mr. Wilton is A/V rated by Martindale Hubbell, was selected as a California Super Lawyer in 2006 and 2007, and was selected by his peers to be included in Managing Intellectual Property’s 2006 and 2008 editions of “The Legal Media Group Guide to the World’s Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners.”
