Ken Wilton is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Chair of the firm’s national trademark practice. He has been teaching Internet Law at the USC Gould School of Law since 2008.

Selected in 2013 by the Daily Journal as one of California’s top intellectual property litigators, Mr. Wilton's practice focuses primarily on trademark, copyright and patent litigation in the United States federal courts, and counseling in the areas of trademark and copyright law. Mr. Wilton regularly counsels clients regarding Internet-related trademark and copyright issues and has successfully prosecuted and defended over two dozen proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP").

Prior to teaching at USC, Mr. Wilton lectured on intellectual property law at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business. Mr. Wilton is A/V Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, was selected by his peers to be included in Managing Intellectual Property’s 2006-2012 biennial editions of “The Legal Media Group Guide to the World’s Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners,” and recently was selected as a member of the International Who’s Who of Trademark Lawyers 2013.
