Burt Park is deputy general counsel and assistant secretary for Molina Healthcare, Inc. His practice primarily focuses on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures and divestitures. Furthermore, he advises Molina Healthcare on securities law compliance, corporate governance and other public company matters.

Prior to his career at Molina Healthcare, Park was a corporate attorney for the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, where he served as regular outside corporate counsel to a number of companies and investment funds in connection with public and private M&A transactions as well as corporate governance and securities matters.

Park received his BA from Stanford University and received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). He is admitted in the State of California.

Elyn Saks was interviewed about what schizophrenia really is. "A common misconception is that we're unable to care for ourselves and that's not true," she said. "For some people it is, but not for all of us. We can have relationships –romantic and friendships. But we often don't see that (in the media) because of the emphasis on sensationalism and 'othering' us."
