Discrimination and Harassment Prevention and Reporting
USC Gould School of Law

Every member of the Gould School of Law community has an important stake in fostering a safe, supportive, and welcoming learning environment where students, faculty, and staff can all thrive. The community does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, including discrimination or harassment on the basis of age, ancestry, citizenship, color, physical or mental disability, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, military status, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable laws or regulations.

If you are a faculty member, teaching assistant, or other designated staff member, you are a "mandatory reporter" and should review the responsibilities discussed on our designated employees page. If you are not a designated employee and believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment of any kind, we urge you to reach out to one or more of these individuals, who will give you additional information and support:
