General Registration:

  • $295 — In-Person Standard Registration

Other:

  • $75 — In-Person Government Employee Registration *Must be currently employed by a government agency
  • $75 — Full-Time Law Student In-Person Registration *Must be a current full-time student at an accredited law school and register using an email address affiliated with your school to qualify.

*A limited number of complimentary full-time law student registrations are available (subject to availability). You must be a current full-time student at USC Gould School of Law and register using a USC law email address to qualify. Please submit your request for a code on the Complimentary Student Registration form.

Fees Include

Registrants gain access to the in person institute sessions and networking opportunities. Registrants also receive an electronic copy of the institute syllabus (an up-to-date volume of outlines, articles, essays, briefs and other practical materials prepared by our speakers). Details on how to access the syllabus materials and complete session surveys will be emailed the week of the event.

Continuing Education Credits

CE units are available for lawyers and accountants who attend the institute sessions. 

MCLE credit for lawyers and CPE credit for accountants is available to those who attend the in-person institute sessions.

Sponsorship and Registration Opportunities

Sponsorship of the 2022 Institute for Corporate Counsel includes ticketing benefits (depending upon sponsorship level chosen) to the Institute. It also includes publicity and other benefits.

  • Diamond Level - $10,000 Sponsors
    Includes 12 all-day (in-person) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person) enrollments for the afternoon sesions and reception (does not include the lunch session). Premium acknowledgement of sponsorship included. 
     
  • Platinum Level - $5,000 Sponsors
    Includes 12 all-day (in-person) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person) enrollments for the afternoon sesions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
     
  • Gold Level - $2,500 Sponsors (Law firms with more than 10 attorneys)
    Includes 6 all-day (in-person) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person) enrollments for the afternoon sessions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
     
  • Silver Level - $1,000 Sponsors (In-House Legal Departments)
    Includes 6 all-day (in-person) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person) enrollments for the afternoon sessions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
     
  • Bronze Level - $500 Sponsors (Small law firms with 10 or fewer attorneys)
    Includes 2 all-day (in-person) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person) enrollments for the afternoon sessions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
